Product Overview of Blow Fill Seal Machine
BFS is an acronym for Blow-Fill-Seal Technology. It was developed
to allow the forming, filling and sealing of containers to take
place in a single machine in a controlled environment, enabling
aseptic packaging of medicinal liquids. Since the containers are
manufactured, filled and sealed in one machine and protected by
sterile laminar air, there is very little chance of contamination.
Additionally, all process media (e.g. solutions, air, etc.) are
sterile filtered throughout the cycle, and open containers are
exposed to cleanroom air for less than 1.5 seconds. When particle
and microbial contamination is a major concern in production,
blow-fill-seal technology becomes the process of choice.

Feature of Blow Fill Seal Machine

°).Filling and sealing should be done immediately after injection
and blowing ,which avoids any pollution.
