Working Principle of Capsule Filling Machine
The working principle of the automatic capsule filling machine is
divided into two parts, which are the movement of the capsule and
the filling of the medicine:
1. Movement of the capsule
During the filling process of the intermittent capsule filling
machine, the movement of the capsule depends on the indexing box
for intermittent and discontinuous rotation. The filling volume of
the capsule is mainly determined by the volume of the metering
disc hole. The hollow capsule is in the capsule hopper, the main
board moves up and down, the capsule enters the capsule guide
groove by its own gravity, and then the horizontal fork and the
vertical plug are used to make the capsule cap upward and
the capsule body downward into the upper and lower modules. The
capsule body and capsule cap are separated under the action of the
device, and then the module enters the powder filling station.
2. Drug filling
The sensor in the powder holding ring controls the screw feeding
rod above it, and the medicine is continuously added to make the
height of the powder in the powder holding ring constant. position,
push the drug column into the capsule body. After that, it
enters into the capsule rejection, capsule locking, finished
capsule discharge, and module cleaning stations in turn, and then
enters a new round of station cycle, and the cycle begins again and
again.
