Feature of Capsule Filling Machine

How to Operate
1. Press the green button in the power switch of the capsule
filling machine, and the power is turned on;
2. Slowly adjust the vibration intensity adjustment knob clockwise.
At this time, the sorting tray integrated with the vibration
bracket begins to vibrate and adjust to a suitable vibration
3. Put the capsule shell into the capsule shell sorting tray, and
put the capsule cap into the capsule cap sorting tray, and the
number is equal. Generally speaking, the sorting tray is drilled
with many round holes in the shape of a large upper and a lower
small funnel. The diameter of the round hole corresponds to the
diameter of the capsule, and the capsule shell on the vibration
table moves slowly back and forth, so that the capsule shell enters
the hole on the platen;
4. The capsule shell and the cap of the capsule fall into the round
hole with the opening facing upwards. When the opening is facing
downwards, the capsule cap can be gently pressed downward, and then
the capsule can be pulled out;
5. Hold the capsule shell connecting plate horizontally, and push
it gently in the lower part of the sorting tray, and the powder
capsule shell in the sorting tray will be removed. It will drop
down into the round hole of the connecting plate, and then take out
the connecting plate. In the same way, take out the capsule cap
with the capsule cap cover plate of the capsule filling machine.
Precautions For Use
1. It is a vibration machine, and the tightening of each part of
the screw should be checked frequently. If it is loose, it should
be tightened in time to prevent failure and damage.
2. The plexiglass parts (worktable, medicine board) should avoid
direct sunlight and close to high temperature, and heavy objects
should not be placed. The medicine board must be placed vertically
or flat to avoid deformation and damage.
3. The electrical enclosure and body must be grounded to ensure
safety, and the power supply is cut off after work.
4. After working every day, the residual medicine on the machine
and in the mold hole should be cleaned to keep the whole machine
clean and hygienic, and avoid washing the host with water. If the
mold on the machine needs to be cleaned, the fixing screw can be
loosened, and it can be taken down, which is convenient for
installation.
